Terms and Conditions:

1. To book you can either fill out our Formulario de reservas or contact us directly at the following telephone numbers: 690.824.298 / 971.334587 (from 10 to 15 h.)*
2. We remind you that the hotel has only 16 rooms, and we therefore recommend that you book in advance to guarantee your stay.
3. The maximum capacity per room are: 2 adults + 2 children and/or 3 adults + 1 child. The cot count as 1 child 
4. Reservation deposit: You must pay 30% of the total due to our bank account or call us with your credit card details (number and expiry date).
5. Cancellation policy: The deposit will be returned if the cancellation is made 7 days (fourteen days August) or more in advance. If however the cancellation is within 7 days, or there is a no show, a penalization charge of one night's stay will be applied (deposit not returnable)
